Construction of a new 85,000 SF, 5-story hotel featuring 140 guest rooms, an 80 seat meeting room, a restaurant, a bar/lounge, a gym, a pool and an outdoor patio.

M+S Electric is installing all current interior and exterior lighting,electrical outlets, as well as installed CAT 5 cable throughout the building for high speed data.
